I love to talk

I have been talking (or "babbling" as I've heard Mom and Dad call it) for a couple months now. Mom finally caught it on video last week. She sent it to Dad at work so he could feel jealous that she was at home playing with me and he wasn't. I often say "baba" but in this video you'll hear me saying "dada".

My first 7 months of life

Three days ago I turned 7 months old. I have been asking Mom and Dad to let me on the internet sooner than this, and they finally gave in. I have been so anxious to document my awesome journey since I entered this world. Since I am just starting my blogging now, here are some things from the past 7 months:

My birthday - January 7, 2013. I was born on a Monday at 1:47 am, I weighed 7 lbs 1 oz, and I was 20 inches long.

Two months (March 2013):
At my 2 month doctor's check-up, I weighed 9.5 lbs, and I was 22 inches long.

 My 1st Easter (I was a sleepy girl that morning. Mom and Dad were so excited that I had started sleeping through the night, and didn't want to wake me up!):

Four months (May 2013):
At my 4 month doctor's check-up, I weighed just over 12 pounds and I was 24 inches long.

Whew, I am exhausted. It's hard work trying to capture all of the fun moments throughout your life. I promise that my next post won't be a lifetime away!
